Blessings Angie…This was so well said and written. I enJOY Internet Cafe from my email and rarely do I run to comment though each one is great! This one move me, spoke to me.
I happen to have the privilege to meet all day long or night with our sweet Lord. But even with taking the time, whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, upon waking and syncing our breathing… I need to give Him time to speak and sitting at His feet, I need to listen!
I'm so thankful that I don't live in a Martha world any longer but I always identified with Mary. I still could allow my time to be filled up with “doing”.
Thank you so much! I'm coming now to the table to taste & see how good the Lord is! Praying you have special moments in His Presence. May His Comforter and Peace surround you & your sister(s). Love your thoughts & your heart.
Hi Angie, this very thing has been so on my heart lately, i am guilty too. why is it that we just do jump up and move on- I guess we just dont have a right appreciation of who we are actually sitting with. I have been delayed to leave because the pastor or a neighbour called in, but I have never had anyone say, sorry I just had to give Jesus 5 more minutes! Thank you for your post, I am definately being taught about this very area, Hugs C
